  • Coach Tom Johnson enters his 33nd season as head coach at Barlow. Johnson has led the Bruins to 9 league championships, 29 consecutive playoff appearances, 4 large-school state semifinals and finished runner-up in 1996.
  • Former Barlow guard Fred Jones was a seven-year NBA veteran and 2004 NBA Slam Dunk champion, after leading the Oregon Ducks to the 2002 NCAA Elite Eight.
  • The Bruins return 10 players from last year’s team that reached the 6A semifinals, and are again led by junior guard Jesse White. White had a 38 point outburst in an early season win over Jefferson. Always a tough team that competes and executes on each possession, Barlow will look to space the floor with an array of shooters.
