  • The Lions are coached by Tyler Toney, who enters his third year as head coach at West Linn. In his first season, the Lions are 40-14 and finished in third place at the OSAA 6A state tournament. He holds a career record of 142-42 in seven years as head coach.
  • West Linn currently has nine scholarship college basketball players, highlighted by Oregon guard Payton Pritchard – who led the Ducks to their first Final Four since 1939.
  • The Lions return 4 starters from last year’s 17-9 team. Expect the Lions to play a fast-paced, high-scoring brand of basketball utilizing their athleticism and experienced guard play.
