He holds an overall record of 160-165, was named the 2013 Northwest Oregon Conference coach of the year and coached in the 2013 OACA All-Star game. With 128 wins, Maki is Sandyís all-time winningest basketball head coach.
  • The Pioneers return to Oregonís highest classification and the Mt. Hood Conference a year after qualifying for the 5A state tournament. Returning are five players who started multiple games, including all-league selections Colton Gorski and Pierce Roeder.
  • Sandy is known for their tough play and ball movement and will look to push tempo when they get the chance and cash in on strong perimeter shooting.
