Team Info: As Oregon's defending state champions, the Lions will look for a few new stars to join lone returning starter Cameron Carr. Coach Bart Valentine, in his 10th year at West Linn, has taken the Lions to the title game twice in the 90s and nine straight state playoff appearances. In order to continue the streak, he will need last year's sixth man, David Hodges, to step into a leadership role and give West Linn a Carr/Hodges 1-2 punch. Add Beaverton transfer Nic Romersa to the mix and the Lions should be entering the dance in March.
